California Workday Integrations Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integrations Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal client groups and third-party vendors to design, implement, test, and optimize integrations between Workday HRIS and external systems
• Lead the full integration development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues while maintaining clear functional and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a business or systems analyst with at least 3 years of functional/technical Workday implementation experience
• 3-4 years of hands-on Workday integration experience, including Workday Studio and EIBs
• Workday certification preferred
• Broad functional understanding of multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
• Experience translating functional requirements into integration design and documentation
