Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Integrations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal client groups and third-party vendors to design, implement, test, and optimize integrations
- Lead and execute the full integration development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues while maintaining clear documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a business or systems analyst, including at least 3 years of Workday implementation experience
- 3-4 years of hands-on Workday integration experience (e.g., Workday Studio, EIBs, REST APIs)
- Workday certification preferred
- Broad functional understanding of multiple Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits)
- Ability to work within an agile delivery methodology and adapt to changing priorities
