Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workers' Comp Claims Lead Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Claims Examiner I and Senior Examiner
- Review and recommend acceptability of Workers' Compensation claims and ensure compliance with procedures
- Coordinate with internal and external clients, vendors, and TPA/Carrier for effective claims handling and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation indemnity adjusting or related industry experience
- Experience with complex claims cases
- Basic knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws across all jurisdictions
- Direct or indirect leadership experience is preferred
- Commitment to ongoing education in Workers' Compensation and related issues
