California Workers' Compensation Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Lost Time Adjuster to manage a caseload of workers' compensation indemnity cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to determine AOE/COE and maintain communication with involved parties
• Establish and maintain accurate reserves for all claims and authorize appropriate medical care
• Provide quality customer service and determine settlement values to move cases towards closure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• California Workers' Compensation experience is required
• WCCA or WCCP designation preferred
• Multiple years' experience handling Workers' Compensation claims
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
