Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned inventory of claim files, including complex cases, ensuring compliance with statutes and company guidelines
  • Document case facts, establish compensability, and collaborate with medical case managers to facilitate timely claim resolutions
  • Review and approve vocational rehabilitation plans, monitor case reserves, and handle litigation management


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • At least seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of five years experience managing indemnity cases with complex issues
  • Possession of an SIP certificate
  • Working knowledge of the Labor Code of the State of California related to workers compensation claims
