Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned claim files, including performing three-point contact on new losses and documenting relevant facts
  • Collaborate with medical case managers to facilitate early return to work and reduce extended disability payments
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and company guidelines while managing litigation processes and reviewing vocational rehabilitation plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • At least seven years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of five years experience managing indemnity cases, particularly those with complex issues
  • Possession of an SIP certificate
  • Working knowledge of the Labor Code of the State of California related to workers' compensation claims
