A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and document claim files, including performing three-point contact on new losses
• Collaborate with medical case managers and pursue subrogation from third parties
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and company guidelines while handling claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• At least seven years of related experience or training
• A minimum of five years managing indemnity cases with complex issues
• Possession of an SIP certificate
• Working knowledge of California Labor Code related to workers' compensation claims
