Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned inventory of complex claim files, ensuring timely documentation and communication with all parties involved
  • Collaborate with medical case managers to facilitate early return to work and reduce claims costs
  • Review and approve vocational rehabilitation plans while ensuring compliance with applicable statutes and company guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum seven years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least five years of experience managing indemnity cases with complex issues
  • Possession of an SIP certificate
  • Working knowledge of the Labor Code of the State of California as it pertains to workers compensation claims
