Job Summary
Managing a complex inventory of claims, the full-time California Workers Compensation Adjuster will effectively handle indemnity claims, perform thorough documentation, and collaborate with medical case managers, all while working remotely from Rocklin, CA.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform three-point contact on new losses within 24 hours to document relevant facts
- Document ongoing case facts and establish plans of action for claim resolution
- Manage litigation processes and ensure compliance with California Labor Code and company guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- At least seven years of related experience in claims handling
- A minimum of five years managing indemnity cases with complex issues
- Possession of an SIP certificate
- Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws and regulations
