Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claim Representative will manage the full lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and adherence to statutory guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining productive business relationships and leveraging professional resources
- Utilize critical thinking and technology to analyze data, inform claim decisions, and achieve accurate outcomes
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in independent handling of Workers' Compensation claims, including lost time claims
- Certification exams and adjusting licenses as required by state
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and managing competing priorities
- Demonstrated high level of performance and achievement in claims management
