Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claim Representative will manage the full lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and adherence to statutory guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining productive business relationships and leveraging professional resources
• Utilize critical thinking and technology to analyze data, inform claim decisions, and achieve accurate outcomes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in independent handling of Workers' Compensation claims, including lost time claims
• Certification exams and adjusting licenses as required by state
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and managing competing priorities
• Demonstrated high level of performance and achievement in claims management
