California Workers' Compensation Adjuster
Job Summary
Managing a caseload of California workers' compensation indemnity cases, the full-time salaried Workers' Compensation Lost Time Adjuster will handle claims from inception to resolution while providing excellent customer service remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations to determine AOE/COE and maintain communication with involved parties
- Establish and maintain accurate reserves and authorize medical care and indemnity benefits
- Determine settlement values and move cases towards appropriate closure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- California Workers' Compensation experience is required
- WCCA or WCCP designation preferred
- Self-Insured License preferred
- Multiple years' experience handling Workers' Compensation claims, including indemnity and legal claims
