To advocate for injured workers across California, the hybrid Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney will represent clients in all stages of their claims, conduct interviews, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims
• Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 1-2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
• Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
