Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned California Workers Compensation Examiner, the full-time remote position will analyze and adjudicate complex workers compensation claims, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining strong client partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing and processing claims through well-developed action plans to achieve appropriate and timely resolutions
- Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicating claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- California workers compensation jurisdictional knowledge required
- SIP required or must be obtained within one year of employment
