California Workers Compensation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise examiners and clerical staff, including performance monitoring and evaluations
• Review and address claims issues, approve reserve changes, and ensure compliance with policies
• Coordinate training sessions and facilitate internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical knowledge of statutory regulations
• Ability to manage employees of various skill levels
• Certifications and/or licenses as required by State regulation
