- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers, while managing multiple priorities
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience, including lost-time/indemnity and litigation
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions
