Job Summary

Supporting the Workforce Development Department, the full-time California Workforce Development Coordinator will manage partnerships, maintain project records, and ensure compliance with funder guidelines while working remotely within California and traveling up to 10% as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist the Career Catalyst Partner Relations team in developing and maintaining partnerships during business development actions
  • Support the Business Operations team by scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Workday
  • Coordinate with the Grants Administration team to ensure compliance with funder guidelines and maintain accurate records
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Familiarity with project management principles is desirable
  • Experience with web-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Salesforce
