California Workforce Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Development Specialist, AgSTEP/Student Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with students, faculty, and community partners to coordinate employment opportunities
• Plan and conduct outreach, recruitment activities, orientations, workshops, and events for program participants
• Coordinate grant processes, maintain compliance, and track student eligibility and progress
