Job Summary
Supporting accurate workforce forecasting and capacity planning, the full-time remote California Workforce Management Planner will analyze historical data, identify demand drivers, and translate workload forecasts into staffing requirements while collaborating with various operational teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support short- and long-term workforce forecasts using historical volume and staffing data
- Translate forecasted demand into staffing and capacity requirements, considering attrition and productivity
- Analyze capacity versus demand to identify staffing gaps and operational risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or related analytics
- Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce modeling activities
- Working knowledge of Verint, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
- Experience in multi-site, omnichannel, or similar service environments preferred
