Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve billing or shipment issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to advocate for customers and resolve problems creatively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with business applications and software programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues
