Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from clients to address needs, complaints, or issues with products or services
  • Provide efficient and accurate responses to callers, ensuring they feel supported and valued
  • Collaborate with other departments to advocate for customers and creatively resolve problems
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer skills and knowledge, including familiarity with business apps and software programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues
