Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from clients to address needs, complaints, or issues with products or services
- Provide efficient and accurate responses to callers, ensuring they feel supported and valued
- Collaborate with other departments to advocate for customers and creatively resolve problems
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills and knowledge, including familiarity with business apps and software programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues
