Job Summary

Call Center Advisor provides full-time remote customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and issues related to products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and address customer needs, complaints, or issues
  • Provide problem resolution on billing or shipment issues and assist with web orders
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer problems effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with business applications and technology
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent and reliable attendance; availability for rotating Saturday shifts
