Job Summary
Call Center Advisor provides full-time remote customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and address customer needs, complaints, or issues
- Provide problem resolution on billing or shipment issues and assist with web orders
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer problems effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with business applications and technology
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent and reliable attendance; availability for rotating Saturday shifts
