Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1 (Retail).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and issues
  • Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to advocate for customers and resolve problems creatively
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with business applications and software, including Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and manage high call volumes
  • Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues and self-manage responsibilities effectively
