Job Summary

- Perform data entry, manage databases, and handle general clerical duties
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience required
- Experience handling escalated or unsatisfied customers required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
