Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to messaging protocols
  • Perform data entry and manage general clerical duties
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Experience handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
