- Provide courteous and professional assistance to callers

Required Qualifications
- Reliable wired internet connection with specified speeds
- High-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Texas is preferred
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
