Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to provide excellent patient-centered service in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and assist callers while maintaining approved standards
- Perform intake triage, appointment scheduling, and address web appointment requests
- Complete end-of-day processes and maintain compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of related experience in customer service or call center environments
- Additional clinical experience or experience in a health care or hospitality-related industry preferred
- Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- High level of general computer literacy required
