Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to provide excellent patient-centered service in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and assist callers while maintaining approved standards
  • Perform intake triage, appointment scheduling, and address web appointment requests
  • Complete end-of-day processes and maintain compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of related experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Additional clinical experience or experience in a health care or hospitality-related industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • High level of general computer literacy required
