Job Summary

To support the mission of the world's largest humanitarian network, the full-time remote Call Center Agent will schedule blood donation appointments, engage with donors to enhance donation frequency, and maintain accurate records while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Schedule prospective blood donors by making phone calls to arrange donation appointments
  • Contact active or former donors to encourage increased donation frequency and participation in blood drives
  • Coordinate reminder calls, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of donor interactions
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of telephone and customer service or telemarketing experience required
  • Computer experience and excellent customer service skills are necessary
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers in a fast-paced environment are essential
