Job Summary

Handling a high volume of incoming calls for the Florida Department of State, Division of Elections, the full-time remote Call Center Agent will provide exceptional customer service, resolve voter inquiries, and maintain a professional phone presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, assisting Florida voters and ensuring outstanding service
  • Deliver courteous and accurate assistance to all callers, enhancing their service experience
  • Actively listen to and resolve questions and concerns with clarity and empathy
Required Qualifications
  • Full-time availability to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
  • Comfort with using computers and navigating various software applications
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office environment
  • Stable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Ability to pass a background check
