Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Call Center Agent - Travel Benefits will manage inbound calls, assist travelers using multiple systems, and handle emails while maintaining service quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and assist travelers throughout the shift
- Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide accurate and efficient support
- Handle emails and process requests while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- Must be a Delta retiree with experience in Deltamatic
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must possess a strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new processes quickly
