Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Call Center Agent - Travel Benefits will manage inbound calls, assist travelers using multiple systems, and handle emails while maintaining service quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and assist travelers throughout the shift
  • Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide accurate and efficient support
  • De-escalate challenging calls and collaborate with team members on side projects
Required qualifications
  • Must be a Delta retiree with experience using Deltamatic
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and learning new processes in a fast-paced environment
