Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Call Center Agent - Travel Benefits will manage inbound calls, assist travelers using multiple systems, and handle emails while maintaining service quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and assist travelers throughout the shift
- Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide accurate and efficient support
- De-escalate challenging calls and collaborate with team members on side projects
Required qualifications
- Must be a Delta retiree with experience using Deltamatic
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and learning new processes in a fast-paced environment
