Job Summary
Engaging with customers in a dynamic remote environment, the full-time Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound interactions, address inquiries related to various services, and ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries effectively
- Maintain an organized workflow to meet service level expectations while ensuring compliance with all regulations

Required qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound or outbound call center is preferred
- Ability to commit to working a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Chrome web browser
- Access to a personal computer meeting specified technical requirements and a reliable internet connection
