Job Summary

Engaging with customers in a dynamic remote environment, the full-time Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound interactions, address inquiries related to various services, and ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Access to a personal computer meeting specified technical requirements and a reliable internet connection
