Job Summary
Supporting inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects, the full-time Call Center Agent will handle inquiries, assist customers with service questions, and promote products while working remotely from home in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
- Accurately document and process customer claims while coordinating with other departments as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
