Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent I.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation and update donor records
• Schedule appointments while providing a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform eligibility

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and adherence to a specified schedule
• Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
