Job Summary
Seeking customer-focused individuals, the full-time remote Call Center Agent - AZ Licensed will contact blood donors to schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive service experience while meeting established collection goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact blood donors using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation and update records as needed
- Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
- Maintain daily production standards for calls and appointments to meet collection goals
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to a specified schedule and 90 days of uninterrupted employment
- Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
