Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Call Center Agent New England will manage inbound calls related to a community energy program, ensuring all inquiries are addressed while working remotely from home within the New England states.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding program questions and billing inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned CPA programs and assist clients with urgent inquiries
  • Utilize group chat for first call resolution and escalate critical issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills for data entry and communication
