Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center and Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations
  • Provide support and guidance to providers on member eligibility
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in health insurance
  • Experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare customer service
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Experience working in a managed health care setting
