Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center and Claims Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations
- Provide support and guidance to providers on member eligibility
- Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in health insurance
- Experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare customer service
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Experience working in a managed health care setting
