Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service to retired participants, the part-time Call Center Benefits Representative will assist with routine inquiries, process defined benefit transactions, and ensure accuracy within service level agreements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist retirees with routine inquiries and process defined benefit transactions
- Document requests and inquiries in the internal case management system, including creating workflows for internal research requests
- Learn technical rules for client benefit plans and follow call center guidelines in daily operations
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Resourceful and eager to learn new concepts and further professional development
- Ability to work in a team environment
