Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service to retired participants, the part-time Call Center Benefits Representative will assist with routine inquiries, process defined benefit transactions, and ensure accuracy within service level agreements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist retirees with routine inquiries and process defined benefit transactions
  • Document requests and inquiries in the internal case management system, including creating workflows for internal research requests
  • Learn technical rules for client benefit plans and follow call center guidelines in daily operations
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Resourceful and eager to learn new concepts and further professional development
  • Ability to work in a team environment
