Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
  • Experience in accounting, billing, or credit preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 2nd/3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must complete three weeks of training in Alpharetta, GA
