Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and preventive maintenance scheduling

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
- Experience in accounting, billing, or credit preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 2nd/3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete three weeks of training in Alpharetta, GA
