Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Call Center Collections Representative will manage business-to-business collection calls, utilizing advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills to provide exceptional service while analyzing data from multiple systems.

Key responsibilities:
  • Place outbound and answer inbound calls, ensuring positive customer interactions and relationship building
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of business-to-business collections experience
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
  • Strong call center and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively
