Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Call Center Collections Representative will manage business-to-business collection calls, utilizing advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills to provide exceptional service while analyzing data from multiple systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Place outbound and answer inbound calls, ensuring positive customer interactions and relationship building
- Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries
- Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of business-to-business collections experience
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Strong call center and customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively
