Job Summary
Collecting payments on assigned delinquent accounts, the full-time Call Center Collector will review documentation, contact customers via telephone and written correspondence, and arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Review documentation and contact customers to collect payments on delinquent accounts
- Arrange repayment schedules to minimize financial loss for the organization
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities
- Knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices
- Ability to organize and interpret information effectively
- Familiarity with relevant laws related to debt collection
