Call Center Collector

Job Summary

To minimize loss to the organization, the full-time hourly Call Center Collector will collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts by reviewing documentation and contacting customers via telephone and written correspondence, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect payments on delinquent accounts by contacting customers and arranging repayment schedules
• Review account documentation to assess payment options and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service
• Good knowledge of loan collection policies, procedures, and fair debt collection practices
• Ability to organize and interpret information effectively
• Strong customer service and relations skills
