Job Summary
Working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone, the part-time Call Center Confirmation Specialist will coordinate scheduling and ensure technical readiness for virtual tours booked by owners, providing high-touch support to enhance owner satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm tour times and attendee lists while reviewing owner qualifications to meet specific criteria
- Guide owners through necessary software requirements and troubleshoot connectivity issues prior to tours
- Accurately enter and update reservation data while maintaining up-to-date contact information within company systems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or virtual support environment
- Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, Max, and virtual meeting tools
- Strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and digital channels
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
