Call Center Confirmation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic virtual hospitality operation, the part-time hourly Call Center Confirmation Specialist will coordinate scheduling, verify reservation details, and guide owners through technology onboarding while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and confirm tour times and attendee lists while reviewing owner qualifications
• Guide owners through necessary software requirements and troubleshoot connectivity issues prior to tours
• Maintain accurate reservation data and contact information within company systems to ensure operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or virtual support environment
• Preferred experience in Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound roles
• Proficiency in tech platforms such as SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, Max, and virtual meeting tools
• Ability to interpret data and solve practical problems while maintaining professionalism
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends, holidays, and extended hours for tour schedules
