Call Center Customer Confirmer
Job Summary
To support the coordination of virtual tours, the part-time hourly Call Center Customer Confirmer will manage scheduling, verify reservation details, and guide owners through technology onboarding while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and confirm tour times and attendee lists while reviewing owner qualifications
- Guide owners through necessary software requirements and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues prior to tours
- Ensure operational excellence by accurately entering and updating reservation data in company systems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or virtual support environment
- Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and digital channels
- Strength in using various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, and Max
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends, holidays, and extended hours to accommodate tour schedules
