Call Center Customer Confirmer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic virtual marketing operation, the part-time hourly Call Center Customer Confirmer will coordinate scheduling, guide technology onboarding, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and confirm tour times and attendee lists while reviewing owner qualifications
• Guide owners through necessary software requirements and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues prior to tours
• Accurately enter and update reservation data while maintaining up-to-date contact information within company systems

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or virtual support environment
• Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred
• Proven track record of effective communication via telephone and digital channels
• Strength in using various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, and Max
• Ability to interpret data and solve practical problems while maintaining professionalism with sensitive information
