Call Center Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative for a contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and assistance via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in tech, hospitality, grocery, or convenience
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM and proficiency in Google Sheets
