Job Summary
To support a dynamic virtual hospitality environment, the part-time hourly Call Center Customer Support Confirmer will coordinate tour schedules, guide technology onboarding, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and confirm tour times and attendee qualifications
- Guide owners through technology onboarding and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date contact information in company systems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or virtual support role
- Experience in Vacation Ownership or Timeshare preferred
- Proficiency in various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, and virtual meeting tools
- Ability to interpret data and solve practical problems while maintaining professionalism
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
