Job Summary

As a remote Call Center Engagement Specialist, candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific time zone will manage outbound and inbound calls, guiding prospective participants and their families through the PACE enrollment process while building trust and educating them about available services.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary telephonic contact for prospective participants and caregivers, establishing trust-based relationships
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to interested prospects and support inbound inquiries by educating them about PACE services and eligibility
  • Coordinate seamless transitions to local Enrollment Specialists and manage time effectively in a high-volume call environment
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare call center or similar environment, preferably with senior populations
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone with older adults and their caregivers
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with call volume and conversion expectations
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of prospects and follow-ups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
