Job Summary

Working remotely within the Dallas/Fort Worth area, the full-time Call Center Financial Clearance Specialist will obtain accurate financial and demographic information during pre-registration and maintain knowledge of admission processes and procedures for patients in reservation status.

Key responsibilities:
  • Obtain and verify financial and demographic information for patient accounts during pre-registration
  • Utilize Passport for address verification and ensure timely execution of tasks with high accuracy
  • Maintain knowledge of all admission processes and procedures for patients in reservation status
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment
  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
  • CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
