Call Center Financial Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-volume clinic, the full-time Call Center Financial Clearance Specialist will obtain accurate financial and demographic information during pre-registration while working remotely within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and verify financial and demographic information for patient accounts during pre-registration
• Utilize Passport for address verification and maintain knowledge of admission processes for patients in reservation status
• Execute tasks efficiently and accurately to ensure timely processing of patient information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment
• Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
• CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
